Many computer problems are caused by hardware becoming damaged. In this case, the only solution is to replace the damaged component. Where possible, we will diagnose the fault, and make the repair as part of a call-out visit. However, many problems require running long diagnostic tests to isolate the problem, and it would not be viable to do this on-site. If this is the case, we will arrange for a free collection of your PC, and after the repair, return and re-install the PC for you, again free of charge. We use only the highest quality replacement components, and all work undertaken is covered by a 12 month warranty.
