If you've been receiving spam emails from statick.co.uk, please understand that we are not sending
them! Some spammers in Russia have been putting our address as the return address in their spam emails,
so it looks like the email was sent by us - but if you check the email's source, you will see that
it did not originate from us.
In Microsoft Outlook, open up the email in question (double click it), then from the 'view' menu
choose 'options'. You will then see the email's code in a box labelled 'internet headers'. The internet
address listed as 'received from' is where the email really came from, which as you can see, is nothing
to do with us at all.
We are working on a solution to this problem, in the meanwhile we suggest that you tighten up your
email filters, and maybe contact your ISP about filtering the spam on their end. Any spams that you
receive should be deleted immediately, DO NOT under ANY circumstances reply to a spam, or click any
link contained in it (even if it says 'unsubscribe' or 'delete me') - this will validate your email address
as 'working' and open the floodgates for much more spam to be sent to you.
We are fully aware of how frustrating spam email can be - since this problem began, we have received
approximately 150 'delivery failure' messages every single day, where a spam has been sent to an address
that does not exist, and the receiving email server has replied to us to tell us the email has failed.
We appreciate your patience in this matter, and you are quite welcome to contact us for completely free assistance
in filtering the spam emails that arrive at your inbox.
